This is one of the better KOA sites we have stayed at. We stayed in a new section that had water and 50 amp service but no sewer. The roads throughout the camp are paved and most of the spaces are graveled. The staff was very friendly and informative. The site is close to several local attractions and there is a free shuttle service to the nearby Red Hawk Casino. Although the campground is right next to the freeway it is not particularly noisy. We come to this area frequently and will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here "pre-season" and were very impressed with the place. As mentioned in other reviews the full hook up pull-through sites were very tight. However all amenities worked as advertised. The swimming pool was excellent. I would like to see a decent dog run area, that's about the only thing this place is missing. Its location directly across the road from a State Beach is excellent.
